Also since the Gold Coast location is so close to the 2 properties, we’d be happy to maybe do some “Happy Hour” pickleball specials for residents as the weather gets warmer if they would be interested. We did this with a building across the street from our Fulton Market location where the building “bought” court time and sent a private url to all residents to come out and play.
